restaurant serves only healthy and delicious meals,
and is
Ecotourism & Adventure's restaurant of choice on
Lake Atitlan.
All of our day tours include the Posada de Santiago's
magic touch, secret ingredients and great recipes, among
which we may mention: fresh juices and fruit, smoked
chicken taquitos, steak sandwich, Szechuan Eggplant
or Garlic Scampi. If you have room for dessert, try
our home-made ice cream, chocolate macadamia brownies
or cheesecake. Enjoy our gourmet coffee... Expresso
or cappuccino are made with organically grown coffee
beans, harvested and roasted right on the premises.
